The Age Discrimination at Work data was released in December 2023 alongside the publication of the journal article "Legal Gaps in Laws Prohibiting Age Discrimination at Work: An Analysis of Laws in 193 countries". This data is a subset of WORLD's Workplace Discrimination and Harassment database specific to discrimination on the basis of age.
