Does legislation guarantee paid leave to vote in OECD countries?

Even when countries hold their elections on weekends, many would-be voters are likely to have work conflicts. Paid leave supports workers having time to go to the polls on election day.

Not legally established means that legislation does not set the day on which elections are held. Voting may be customarily held on a certain day, but it is not enshrined in law.
